Jesus “ Chuy '' Gutierrez is 17 years old and a senior at Dinuba High School. He has been a chapter officer for three years. He’s been chapter Social Media Coordinator, sentinel, and is currently the chapter Vice president. He has completed the plant science pathway and is going to complete the Floral and Animal pathways. Jesus’s supervised agriculture experience are raising market lambs and harvesting eggplants. Which helped him receive his state degree. Chuy participates in various career development events including cotton judging, vine pruning, nursery landscape, and public speaking. Chuy wants to major in Ag business. So he plans to attend Reedly college and then transfer to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Saira Mendoza - Rodriguez is the 2020-2021 Chapter secretary. Saria is a senior at Dinuba High School and has been active in the FFA for four years. Her SAE projects consist of AG Ed and raising market and breeder goats. She has been involved in CDE’s including opening/closing ceremonies, job interviews, cotton judging, and nursery/landscape. She is planning to complete the ornamental horticulture and floriculture pathway. Saria is also a state degree recipient and proficiently silver award winner.
Jessica Oldham is the 2020-2021 chapter sentinel. Jessica turned 15 years old on May 4th and is going to be a sophomore. Jess has taken intro to agriculture. She hopes to take animal science and ag bio. Jessica is on the veterinary science team and plans to continue throughout her high school career. Jessica loves training horses and doing farmwork for her SAE. Jessica enjoys working with horses, barrel racing, training animals, fishing, and hunting. Jessica hopes to keep working with horses when she goes to Wyoming University to become an equine veterinarian.
Sophia Bernes Cerpa is our 2020-2021 chapter Historian. She is 14 and is in 9th grade. She takes Ag bio and floriculture. This year she has a show hog named Popito and has three breeder goats named Megan,Maggie and Bitty. For the next three years, she wants to show cattle. When she was in 8th grade she showed a steer named Dakota. Sophia loves to ride her longboard along the beach. She has three turtles, three dogs, and two chickens. Sophia and her family love to travel. She can't wait to see what this year has in store for her!
Introducing our 2020-2021 Chapter Administrative reporter Christian Thompson. Christain is a sophomore at Dinuba High School. For her SAE project this year she is showing a lamb that she named Daisy. Another SAE project she is also working on is growing succulents. Christian is planning to finish the plant science and Floral pathways. Christian is excited to serve our chapter!
Lucero Villagomez is this year's reporter. Lucero’s nickname is Lucy. Lucy is 17 years old and this will be her fourth year as a Dinuba FFA member. Her favorite things to do in her free time are quad riding and working out. Lucy has taken intro to agriculture, floriculture, animal science, and will be taking veterinary science this school year. Now that Lucy is graduating she is planning on attending Fresno State and majoring in animal science. Some competitions she plans to participate in are opening and closing, veterinary science, vine pruning, and prepared speaking. Lucy has shown livestock for the Tulare County fair since her sophomore year. She has shown pigs and goats and this year she will be showing a market hog and two breeder goats.
Amaya Carrillo is your 2020-2021 chapter president. She is 17 years old and entering her senior year in high school. This is her second year serving as a chapter officer and is also serving as the 20220-2021 Sequoia section vice president. She is also currently on track to complete the animal science pathway. Her CDE teams include cotton judging, job interview, and veterinary science. For her SAE projects Amaya raises market lambs, shows breeder goats, is involved in af education, and sells fruit at farmers markets. Amaya is also a member of the Dinuba High School marching band where she plays the flute and piccolo while also serving as the section leader. Another club she is involved in is link crew, this will be her second as a link crew leader. After high school Amaya is planning to go to college to major in animal science as a zoo veterinarian. Amaya is very thankful to be serving as your chapter president and can't wait for the exciting year ahead of us!
Zechariah Nelson is the 2020 - 2021 Chapter Treasurer. He is 17 and a senior attending Dinuba High school. During his time at DHS, he has been an active athlete being part of wrestling and football. Zechariah is also president of the newly formed Dinuba Bass Fishing Club. He enjoys spending his weekends traveling California fishing and competing in fishing tournaments with Fresno Bass Club. competes in Bass fishing tournaments. In addition, he competes on the Vine Pruning team. Zechariah also breeds mosquito minnows for mosquito control in the Central Valley for his SAE and recently has won first place in the section for his specialty animals' proficiency.

This is Shayanne White. Her nickname is Shay. She is entering into her last year of high school. She is currently ASB Representative for Dinuba FFA. She has been In FFA for 3 years. She loves animals and hopes to become a veterinarian some day.

This year she has a beef steer Moose and her breeder Goat Megan. For the next two years, she wants to show cattle. Sophia loves to hang out with her friendsand family. Sophia and her family love to travel. She can't wait to see what this year has in store for her!
chapter Treasurer, Victor Martinez. He's in his 4th year in FFA. He has taken many classes such as Ag Discovery, Introduction to Ag, Ag biology, Ornamental Horticulture, Animal Science, Landscape Design and Vet science. His SAE this year is being a Greenhouse Assistant Manager at the greenhouse at his school. He is 16 years old and in 11th grade. After winning state for Nursery/Landscape, he and the nursery team went to Indianapolis to compete in the national level competition. The team placed 7th overall! Outside of FFA, he enjoys nature and being outside and spending time with friends and family.
Chapter Reporter Alexxus Villanueva. She is a sophmore at Dinuba High School. She is 15 and for her SAE last year she raised a bull. This year she is interested in selling homemade animal treats. Last year she took Ag bio and this year is now taking animal science. She is dedicated to her Veterinary Science team. Outside of FFA she loves to spend time with family and friends, and enjoy her hobbies of baking.
chapter Sentinel, Daniel Aguilera. He is 15 years old and currently a Sophomore. This will be his 2nd year being in FFA. He's taken classes such as Ag discovery, Ag biology. Right now he's taking Advanced Agriscience and Ornamental Horticulture. His SAE this year was raising a market lamb. He named his lamb Bertha. He was also a part of the landscape team last year. Outside of FFA, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Jesalynn is the fi rst member of her family to be in FFA. On her free time she enjoys sculpting or watching Netflix.
Chapter Secretary Paloma Alcantar. Palomas a senior at Dinuba High School. She raised three hogs for the Tulare County Fair for her SAE projects. Paloma is finishing off the school year with completing the Ornament Horticulture pathway and completed the animal science pathway. Also did the nursery landscape team last year.

Hi, I'm Deyci Pimentel the 2022-2023 FFA Representative. Some SAE's I've done is a mix of vegetables and melon gardens. I've been on the floral CDE team for 2 years and I've competed in opening and closing LDE contest. My Ag classes this year are animal science and floral. My favorite memory in the FFA is my last competition in floral with my besties. I'm most looking forward to meeting new people and making more friends. On my free time, I enjoy going to my mom's house to hang out with her and my sister to watch crime documentaries.

My name is Ivan Alcala and I am the Chapter sentinel. I enjoy welding for fun because my brother inspired me, although I'm not the best I'm working on it. My SAE projects for this year are my market sheep named Lana and a breeder goat. Last year I showed a market goat named Tyrek as well as a breeder goat. I was in the floral team and am also planning on doing the vet team for the 2nd year. I have attended to a lot of speaking contests including opening/closing, impromptu, creed, and will do job interview. My Ag classes this year is veterinary science and I completed the Ag bio/ advanced agriscience pathway. Some of my favorite memories have to be any car trip FFA related and collecting other 60 pens at world Ag expo. I am totally excited to make new friends and do new things.

Hello everyone, my name is Elizabeth Quintero and I am your chapter reporter. I am a sophomore and have been in FFA for 1 year. My SAE projects this year have been raising a market hog named Queenie as well as participating in a summer internship through outskirts that allowed me to learn about marketing agricultural businesses. Last year I started a flower garden because on the nursery/landscape team developed my love for plants and I will be taking the Ornamental Horticulture class this year. A LDE that I have participated in was a creed competition. A fun fact about ,me is that I love anything that involved beauty, cosmetology, and the color pink. Some of my favorite memories in FFA were being able to tell people outside of our chapter what we do inside our chapter and my goal for this school year is to continue to spread information throughout different platforms. I am so excited to see what positive changed I will make in our chapter, school, and community.

My name is Mariah Enriquez and I am this year's 2022-2023 Dinuba FFA chapter Treasurer!! This year my Sae project is a livestock project where I am raising the sassiest market hog ever, Carnitas, to show at the Tulare County Fair. The CDE team I am a part of is the Nursery Landscape team, and the LDE teams I have been on are opening and closing as I'm looking forward to job interview this year! A fun fact about me is that one of my favorite places to be is the ocean with my sister. I will be taking Ag leadership this year and my favorite memories of being in the FFA Nursery team. A CDE team I've been in is the floral team. LODE contest I did was opening and closing. My Ag classes this year is advanced agriscience, animal science, and floral. A fun fact about me is that I did color guard in 7th grade. My favorite memory in FFA was being able to meet new people and have new experiences. Im Christian Thompson, This year's 2022-2023 vice president for the Dinuba FFA chapter. I have participated in many teams over my five years in the FFA. I have been involved with Nursery/Landscape,Opening/closing,job interview, and impromptu. For my SAE projects I am a greenhouse manager, I have a market hog, and I am going to show a breeder goat. This year I will be taking animal science, advanced floral,and ag leadership. My favorite memory in FFA is being able to learn so much agriculture and the doors it has opened for me. My SAE projects this year are being one of the greenhouse Assistant managers,My market lamb named Tulip, a breeder goat , and my summer job at Naylor Organics. I was on the Nursery/Landscape team for 2 years and competed in the national level contest last year! I also helped Mrs. Borba coach the team. I have done many speech contests while in FFA such as opening/closing, creed, impromptu, and job interview. This year my Ag classes are Floral !, and advanced Agriscience. I have completed bith the O.H and Vet pathway! In my free time I like to find things to do outside such as walking, gardening, ect. Hello my name is Daniel Aguilera and I am the Chapter Historian. This is currently my fourth year in FFA. My SAE projects for this past summer and last years summer, was both raising a market lamb and then selling it at the Tulare County Fair. This will actually be my third year being a part of the Nursery Landscape team and are really looking forward to winning our third state champion. I've done speaking contests such as opening/closing, impromptu. This year I will be doing opening/closing and job interview. Some classes I've token in the past was Ag biology, Advanced Agriscience, and Ornamental Horticulture. The Ag classes I'm taking now is Landscape Design and being Lab Assistant for Animal Science. I completed the Ag biology/Advanced Agriscience pathway. By next year I will have completed the Ornamental Horticulture/Landscape Design pathway. Some of my favorite memories have to be state conference due to meeting new people and just building a closer bond with some people.
